KATIE MCNAMARA

Katie McNamara is a dedicated real estate advisor serving Missoula and Western Montana. With a strong understanding of the local market and well-established relationships with agents throughout the state, she’s well-positioned to support clients both locally and beyond. In 2024, she was recognized among the top 10% of agents statewide for sales volume, and among the top 6% in Missoula County.

Katie’s approach is grounded in clear communication, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate the real estate process. She works closely with her clients from the first conversation to the closing table, offering thoughtful guidance and valuable market insight every step of the way.

For sellers, Katie provides professional, in-house marketing that includes artistic, magazine-quality photography. For over 15 years, she and her husband, Chuck, have been involved in real estate marketing—capturing beautiful home imagery and offering advice on staging and presentation. Their in-house services include still photography, aerials, 3D tours, and video, helping each listing stand out in the market.

Katie joined Engel & Völkers in 2021 as a buyer's agent on the top-producing Dawn Maddux team. That experience gave her a solid foundation in client service and transaction management. Today, as an independent agent, she brings a balanced perspective to both buying and selling—and a commitment to making each client’s experience as smooth and successful as possible.
